Kite ( Kaito), also known as A Kite, is a highly controversial Japanese anime OVA written and directed by Yasuomi Umetsu. The film was released on Maon DVD and on November 25. Kite Liberator, on the other hand, looks like it was entirely animated by the in-betweeners. It was directed and written by Yasuomi Umetsu, who previously directed the first film in the series. However, they are close despite the physical distances and Orudo promised his daughter that he would return. Like her spiritual predecessor, Monaka has lost most of her family, and her father’s duty as an astronaut keeps him practically worlds apart. The film touches on aspects of aerospace travel, aerospace food technology, family, sexual harassment at restaurants, and assassins amongst other. What the public is unaware of is the fact that this notorious hitman is a polite young lady named Monaka. Kite: Liberator is an anime drama type film about a relationship between a girl assassin that lives on earth and her father, an astronaut, that lives in space both reuniting in ways neither expects. They call her the Angel of Death, an unfeeling assassin who eliminates her targets with grace and precision, leaving only a flurry of feathers as her calling card. Monaka seems to be just an average high school girl, but she has a dark and terrible secret linking her past to a murderous police detective and her future to a fatal duel with the one. During this time, rumors of a new killer have begun to circulate the city. Years after the events that transpired in Kite, Sawa’s whereabouts are a mystery. Here, theres barely enough room to develop on the one idea that it did have.On a technical level, Kite Liberator incorporates a few shots of CGI, which is surprisingly solid, but in a few shots where it mixes the 2D and 3D animation, it is a bit awkward.
